About Us

The administration, board of directors, and team of professionals at Rimrock Trails are dedicated to helping create lasting, positive change in the lives of individuals and families. Rimrock Trails was established as a nonprofit, adolescent residential substance use program at the Prineville Pioneer Memorial Hospital in 1990. Four years later we acquired property on 9th Street in Prineville where the flagship program currently operates. A second building was constructed on the property in 1998 to house outpatient services, administrative offices, a learning center, an indoor rock-climbing wall, a gym, and a weight room. In 2019, we took a big step forward by extending our outpatient services to include mental health care for individuals of all ages in our Bend, Prineville, and Redmond counseling clinics We believe that everyone deserves access to quality care, and we are proud to provide it in a warm, welcoming environment.
