FAQS

What is the difference between a Sponsor Sip Ticket and General Ticket? A General ticket includes admission to the event beginning at 6pm with an open reception including appetizers, two drink tickets and entertainment. A Sponsor Sip ticket is an exclusive experience for our sponsors and includes admission beginning at 5pm, additional appetizers and a flight tasting.

What do I wear? The event is semi-formal and cocktail attire is appropriate. The theme for this year’s event is Bowties and Boots so themed attire is also welcomed (Think: Cocktail Party with Country-flaire).

How can I or my company sponsor? There are several sponsorship opportunities for an individual, family, or company to give a cash donation to the event starting at $500. Different sponsorship levels include special benefits and an advertisement in the event program. Custom sponsorship packages can be requested as well. Contact Michelle Duff at michelle.duff@rimrocktrails.org if you would like to purchase a sponsorship.

How can I or my company make a gift in kind donation to the event? A gift in kind donation is a donation of anything other than cash. Experiences, trips and unique items are needed for the live and silen auctions. If you know of a company that might like to donate, or if you have something you would like to donate, please fill out the in-kind donation form on this website.
