What is the difference between a Sponsor Sip Ticket and General Ticket? A General ticket includes admission to the event beginning at 6pm with an open reception including appetizers, two drink tickets and entertainment. A Sponsor Sip ticket is an exclusive experience for our sponsors and includes admission beginning at 5pm, additional appetizers and a flight tasting.

What do I wear? The event is semi-formal and cocktail attire is appropriate. The theme for this year’s event is Bowties and Boots so themed attire is also welcomed (Think: Cocktail Party with Country-flair).

How can I or my company sponsor? There are several sponsorship opportunities for an individual, family, or company to give a cash donation to the event starting at $500. Different sponsorship levels include special benefits and an advertisement in the event program. Custom sponsorship packages can be requested as well. Contact Michelle Duff at michelle.duff@rimrocktrails.org if you would like to purchase a sponsorship.

How can I or my company make a gift in kind donation to the event? A gift in kind donation is a donation of anything other than cash. Experiences, trips and unique items are needed for the live and silent auctions. If you know of a company that might like to donate, or if you have something you would like to donate, please fill out the in-kind donation form on this website.

About Us

The administration, board of directors, and team of professionals at Rimrock Trails are dedicated to helping create lasting, positive change in the lives of individuals and families. Rimrock Trails was established as a nonprofit, adolescent residential substance use program at the Prineville Pioneer Memorial Hospital in 1990. Four years later we acquired property on 9th Street in Prineville where the flagship program currently operates. A second building was constructed on the property in 1998 to house outpatient services, administrative offices, a learning center, an indoor rock-climbing wall, a gym, and a weight room. In 2019, we took a big step forward by extending our outpatient services to include mental health care for individuals of all ages in our Bend, Prineville, and Redmond counseling clinics We believe that everyone deserves access to quality care, and we are proud to provide it in a warm, welcoming environment. Join us in creating positive change and a brighter future for those in need.
